• Home Equity Loan — borrow from $5,000 to $50,000, with a term up to 15 years.
• Unsecured Home Improvement Loan — borrow from $1,000 to $50,000, with a term up to 5 years.

Small Business & Multifamily Properties

• Commercial Real Estate Improvement Loan — borrow from $5,000 to $100,000, with a term up to 15 years.
• Business Term Loan — borrow from $5,000 to $100,000, with a term up to 7 years.
